This support group is for adults who are living with, and often struggling, with a mental health condition (depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.). You do not have to be diagnosed. 1st & 3rd Thursdays of month. Meets via Zoom from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Please contact Jenny Russell at [email protected] for Zoom code.

Support for family & friends of an adult living with mental health issues. We will pick up or return your call.
NAMI
National Alliance on Mental Illness
NAMI Family-to Family is a free, weekly, 8-session education program for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with a mental illness.
The program is taught by trained teachers who are also family members and know what it is like to have a loved one living with mental illness. Pre-registration is required. We need at least 10 participants to hold the class. For more information, or to register, contact:
